General

Each piece is unique and carefully crafted, so it should be handled with care. They can be washed in the dishwasher or by hand.

We do not recommend using the pieces for cooking.

Orders

Please contact us by email — some pieces can be reproduced on demand.

Online payments only, either by credit and debit card or mobile payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal).

The shipping address is where the order will be delivered. The billing address is the one linked to the person making the purchase. They can be the same.

Some pieces can be seen at our events or collaborations. Subscribe to our newsletter to be informed.

All custom orders must be made in writing by email and may require a deposit to be confirmed. Orders are subject to availability at the time they are received.

Shipping

We ship once a week, generally on the Wednesday following your order confirmation. In case of absence or a temporary shipping pause, you will be notified by email.

There are several ways to track your order: via the tracking page, the receipt in your order confirmation email, or by using the tracking number (sent in the confirmation email) which you can copy-paste directly on the carrier’s website. You can also access the order status page through your confirmation email.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this period, we will not be able to process your claim.

Please report any damage within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can take the necessary steps.

Order cancellations may incur fees:
 – At least 50% of the cancelled amount
 – 100% if cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the scheduled shipping date

We ship every Wednesday. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days, and express delivery takes 1–2 business days.

No. We only ship within the European Union, which means there are no customs duties or additional import taxes.

Post-Delivery

In accordance with the law, private customers have a 14-day withdrawal period after receipt, except for personalized pieces or specific custom-made orders, which cannot be returned or exchanged.
If damage is found upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours, providing photos as proof.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of non-conforming or damaged products.

Refunds are only available for defective or damaged products received at delivery. For any returned orders that do not meet your expectations, we offer a credit or an exchange. After inspection, we will proceed with the refund, issue a credit, or arrange an exchange according to your preference.

The invoice will be sent by email upon request after the products have been shipped.
